Testimonials

"Thank you so much for all you've done for my girls. When they arrived at your center, they were struggling academically and I could see their self-esteem on the downward spiral. Less than a year later, what a change! Homework is no longer a nightly battle. Not only did you help drastically improve their academics, you also gave them an invaluable gift of self-worth!"

"California Learning Center certainly should be proud. Thank you for all your continued support and genuine caring. With your help, my children have flourished. I'm sending you a copy of their report cards, as they say "The proof of the pudding is in the eating!"

"Both the boys absolutely loved their lessons. We now know first hand why your center enjoys the reputation as the best learning environment in the area. Our time spent with you was an investment into the future of our children, a future made significantly brighter because of you."

"You have made an incredible difference in the quality of our daughter's life. When we brought her to you, we were distraught. You diagnosed the problem, directed her study, and personally stayed with her through all the phases of her development. Now, in 7th grade, she is a student in Honors classes. What crowns this is that now she loves reading both for school and for pleasure."

Homework Support

student with her books Homework should be an aspect of daily learning. A thorough understanding of homework topics is essential for school success. Challenging assignments can provide important new learning opportunities. Homework support must offer permanent insight into academic areas, not merely provide a crutch to complete the assignment.

student being helped by a tutor Otherwise challenges will be perpetuated from assignment to assignment, and the student will continue to need support. This quality instruction can be incorporated into a child's individualized program. Then, armed with increased understanding, the student is prepared to face new related material the following day. Our goal is student independence.
